We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Business Developer to join our team at WeSage BPM. The role involves engaging with prospects, identifying and qualifying B2B leads, and supporting pre-sales and marketing efforts for our US-based customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads, and follow through to successful conversion
• Manage and support email marketing campaigns, including outreach, follow-ups, and engagement tracking
• Warm up leads for sales and marketing teams through structured and consistent follow-ups
• Understand customer products, services, and campaign objectives to effectively communicate brand value
• Execute pre-sales outreach activities such as opt-ins, content syndication, and lead qualification
• Support appointment setting with decision-makers and C-level executives in mid-size and large enterprises
• Perform cold calling and other outreach methods to generate qualified leads
• Maintain accurate reporting, tracking, and documentation of all lead activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure lead quality and conversion readiness

Requirements:

• Experience in cold calling and appointment setting.
• Proven ability or willingness to learn converting prospects into qualified leads
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated, energetic, and confident personality
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
