Client Support Executive
WeSage BPM is currently seeking candidates for the Customer Support Executive – Non voice position. The ideal candidates should have 0-18 months of experience and be willing to work in both night shift. An excellent attitude and the ability to perform various tasks related to data collection, research, and analysis as per project requirements are essential for this role.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Data Verification: Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data collected for the projects.
- Creating and Maintaining Reports: Utilizing Excel/Google Sheets to generate and manage reports.
- Preparing Proposals: Assisting in the preparation of project proposals.
- Data Management/CRM Management: Handling data management and customer relationship management tasks.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Internet Usage Skills: Proficiency in web browsing to gather relevant information.
- English Language Comprehension: Good comprehension skills in English (Fluency is not compulsory).
- MS Office – Excel: Knowledge of basic functions and operations in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of U.S. Insurance Industry: (Optional) An advantage, but not mandatory.
- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate in any field. Technical/IT/Programming skills are not required.
Education and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in back-office work is preferred.
- Total Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of total work experience is desirable.
Schedule:
- Rotational Shift: The role may involve rotational shifts.
- Night Shift and US Shift: Candidates should be willing to work night shifts or US shifts.
