Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Junior US Accountant to support daily bookkeeping and financial maintenance for our US-based clientele. Operating during US shifts, you will manage AP/AR transactions, perform essential bank and vendor reconciliations, and assist senior staff with month-end closing tasks using QuickBooks or Xero.

• Shift: US Shift (Depends on Client requirement)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Salary: Depends on Interview
• Location: Onsite

Responsibilities

• Daily bookkeeping for US clients
• Posting AP/AR transactions
• Bank, credit card, and vendor reconciliations
• Maintaining accounting records
• Supporting payroll postings
• Working on QuickBooks / Xero
• Assist senior accountants in month-end tasks

Required Skills

• Good understanding of accounting basics
• Strong Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
• QuickBooks/Xero (training will be provided)
• Good English communication
• Willingness to work in US shift
