Position Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented and analytical Client Support Executives to manage client data, reporting, research, and CRM operations. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, solving problems, and supporting international clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and update client/project data accurately
• Prepare reports using MS Excel & Google Sheets
• Create and format proposals
• Maintain CRM systems and databases
• Conduct online research and data validation

Required Skills

• Strong verbal/written English communication
• Good knowledge of Excel formulas, spreadsheets, and reporting
• Ability to perform research and validate information
• Familiarity with CRM tools or data entry platforms
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred: Knowledge of U.S. Insurance industry processes

Education & Experience

• Graduate or Undergraduate (any discipline)
• 6–18 months experience in back-office / client support / operations preferred
• Freshers with strong skills may apply
• Maximum 2 years total experience

Work Requirements
