I agree with what Jeff Bezos says:
There are many ways to center a business. You can be competitor focused, you can be product-focused, you can be technology focused, you can be business model focused etc. But in my view, obsessive customer focus is by far the most protective of Day 1 vitality.
When I read Jeff Bezos’ quote, I immediately related ourselves with being customer-focused.
Interestingly, our focus is just on the customer, their challenges at all times. Our priority is to help the customer overcome the challenges they are facing. Over the years, our teams have helped customers transform their business go digital, adapt new technologies, and make the business more organized ensuring timely and accurate knowledge transfer. We started as a vendor for our customers and with our contribution to making their business scale by our teams, we turn to be an integral part of our clients’ business.
Let me share thoughts of couple of our client:
The work our team at Sage is doing has freed up the onshore operations manager to focus on other, more strategic initiatives, which is very valuable to our business. Sage BPM team was able to take the critical process over, learn the process quickly, and our team completes this process for us each "night" and when the client arrives at the office in the AM, all of their sales and customer data from the prior day is in Accounting books and database. This is an ideal result.

I really appreciate how the Sage team works on our time-zone. It really makes us feel like a priority because during our business hours, we are all online together and can work together. Sage's work made our day-to-day operations more efficient. The team is dynamic, so we felt comfortable approaching them for a variety of different tasks.
